> for vtuber models, Please take the time to get quoted with me, as it will be different for everyone. For commercial illustrations, a 50% up charge will be applied.
> I frequently send updates to my clients. Feedback on the piece is greatly appreciated to ensure customer satisfaction.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
> A 25% initial payment is required for all clients. If a client is to cancel, I will keep the initial payment. The client, however, is not required to pay the rest of the sum.
> If no work has been done on the commission, the fee will be returned in full.> In the case a client requires a refund on an illustration, 35% of the fee will be returned. In the case a client requires a refund on a v-tuber model, 25% of the fee will be returned.
Commissions will never be fully refunded to account to the labor it takes to complete one.BLACKLISTING POLICY
> Breaking any rules on these terms of service will result in an immediate blacklisting. Any attempt to commission whilst blacklisted will be ignored.
> If the proper payment is not received before the final piece is sent over, blacklisting will follow if an explanation is not provided. I am not a mean person; if you give me a reason for not being to pay when required, we are able to negotiate.
> I reserve the right to blacklist anybody that makes me uncomfortable or breaks my boundaries in any way.

( These are not PNG tuber plus)** Live2d V-Tubers rigging and design**V-tuber pricing starts at 150 USD and includes extensive collaboration, the to make clothing toggles, Rigging, and animations. The drawing of a full body model alone takes typically over 40 hours, rigging and animation just as much. due to the prices and the extensive amount of time, rights to use in videos, the payment plans and negatable prices are available.
